Finally the day has arrived! We've had so many great entries so a big congratulations to everyone who entered! After the syndicate voted we have our two winners for the front and back cover of the 2018 Yearbook. Don't worry if yours didn't win because it will still be included in the inside of the yearbook.

Thursday 18th June - Swimming Sports

Every year in Term 1, our Year 1-6 students have swimming lessons in our school pool with the Year 7 and 8's going up to the pools at Sacred Heart.   Being in a country surrounded in water with many beautiful beaches, it is important to learn basic swimming skills and how to be safe in water in a variety of situations.  Near the end of Term 1, all of our students participate in swimming sports with our juniors sharing with their families and friends what they have learned and our older students competing in events such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, medley and relays. Sasha and Lily have put together a short video with some media from our swimming sports days and some interviews with students who participated.
