IT Councillors

Hi all, This year your IT Councillors will be Nathan and Brandon. Assisting us throughout the year will be Nathaniel from Y7. The IT Councillors work with Mrs Cable to ensure that everything related to IT runs smoothly throughout the school year. If you have any problems related to IT, please contact us throughout another councillor, or come visit us at Rm22 and Rm23. Throughout this term, there will also be a coding competition that we will be supervising. The winner could win a Drone with an HD Camera for their classroom!! Our Brand New Tiger Turf

Kia ora Glendowie, Our school is very lucky to have had such committed workers, Tigerturf, who spent 5 1/2 months working on our multi-sport turf. We, the Sport and Property Councillors, planned the big opening to show off our new facility. We even got Mr Kloppers to cut a ribbon and bought some presents for Mrs Biggs, Miss Matos, Mr Fale and the Board of Trustees to say thanks. We made a roster of who can go on the turf each day, then after two weeks we opened it to the whole school. Our school has been using the facility with a I-Care attitude and using it carefully. Keep up the good work and enjoy our new and improved play area. Thanks to the Board of Trustees, Mr Kloppers and Tigerturf.  We really appreciate your hard work. Tiaki's Antarctic Adventure

The Year 7's have been looking at exploration and discoveries in their last unit of the year "Where We Are in Place and Time".  We focus on Antarctica and have been learning a lot about what it is like down there and the explorers who ventured down there in the past.
